ANTARCTICA. He's ADORABLE, and I can just picture him cooing over little baby penguins and feeding the ones who's mommies died. I personally love well-done OC's. :3 My favorite part was the last one with Russia. He's so convinced the poor kid is already one with him. ("Haven't you been practicing your Russian" made me DIE.)
