This is wonderful. I love seeing you write this pairing. The concerns and the different approaches to them are so spot on. England is the original bastard/magpie nation (hell, even tea is not originally british) and France is absolutely concerned with preservation. I love when canon coincides with such huge, interesting issues, and I love the way you've done this.
The banter is so comfortable and knowing. You've really encapsulated that relationship were they've hated and tried to kill and loved each other and now they are at peace and not sure what's next.

The thing with Prussia was so sad, and kudos for France bringing it up.
